1) How to order? 
Kindly complete the order request (name, contact, delivery address, item name, item color) which will be provided via our Facebook page (PM), Instagram (DM) or email us at poutypurr@gmail.com.

2) Why are the price changing?

Solely will be due to currency exchange.

3) How do I pay for my order?

The options are via online transfer, cash deposit and automated teller machines (ATM) to our CIMB/Maybank account.

4) Do you have a shop?

We are an online Beauty Store, which means you can shop with us 24 hours a day and we'll deliver it to your front door.

5) When will you deliver my goods after I make the payment?

Parcel will be send out on the next day (except Public Holiday and Weekends) after we received your payment. Please allow 1-3 working days (depending on your state) for your parcel to reach.

6) Which courier company are you using?

We are using Poslaju Courier Service. Highly recommended due to the efficiency of the services and has an online tracking system.

7) Do you deliver to work addresses?

We may deliver to your permanent residential address or your place of employment but we do not deliver to a PO Box addresses (except Sabah and Sarawak) for security purposes. If you would love your delivery to reach you at work, just be sure that you have a representative to take receipt of the goods for you.

8) Has my order been shipped out yet?

As soon as your order has been dispatched, Consignment Note number will be given to you via email. Goods would reach within the time scale we advertised. Your order is track-able you may check the status by log on to http://poslaju.com.my/track-trace/.

9) I couldn't track my parcel, the tracking number does not exist!

Sometimes, Poslaju's tracking system might have delayed the information but definitely your parcel could be track after 8pm or the next day.

10) I have not received my parcel after 1-3 days?!
Please check your parcel status at http://poslaju.com.my/track-trace/, you need a representative to sign initials for the parcel, most probably there is no one at your home/office when they delivering it to you. Please call Poslaju's customer service at 1300 300 300 to reschedule the delivery.

11) I have send in my order/ inquiry but I did not get a reply.

We promise to reply your request as soon as possible. If you did not hear from us within 24 hours, please check your spam mailbox or please resend your email again.

12) Do i get a discount if i purchased more than 2 items or a certain amount?

All product's prices are fixed. Hence, there is no discounts for purchasing more than 2 items or any certain amount. However we are sure to organize sales and contests from time to time for our customers.

13) Do you do COD or pick up services?

Yes we do provide COD at Ampang Area (KL).

14) Is there any refund policy?

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. However, we will certainly make sure that your goods are safe and does not break during shipment.
